Creating a Login

After opening up the signup page, you will be prompted to input a username, email, and password.

• Username is optional - we recommend skipping it.
• We recommend using your work email associated with the company that plans to use Tendrel.
• Your password will need to be greater than 8 characters.

Click “Continue” to create your account. An email will be sent with a six-digit code. Use that code to verify your identity.

After email verification, you’ll be prompted to sign up for a Tendrel service. Tendrel Timeclock is the only service that we currently offer.

Adding Payment Method (Optional)

If you’re signing up for a paid tier of Tendrel, input company payment information into the fields on the checkout screen. Click Subscribe. You will be charged immediately after signing up.

If you’ve signed up for a free account, there’s no requirement to provide a payment method.

Company Creation

Fill out the Customer Creation screen with your company’s information, select a time zone and language, then press Submit.

• First Name: Your first name.
• Last Name: Your last Name
• Business Name: The name of the company that will be using Tendrel. You can always change this later.
• Time zone: Time zone determines which Time zone Tendrel will display when presenting your data.
• Language: The default language Tendrel will display in-app for workers.
