Quick start guide

Create an account

Before you get started, make sure that you have a Tendrel account. You will use this account to log in on both the Runtime mobile app and the web console.

For more information on creating an account, read our sign up instructions.

Configure your locations

After creating an account, navigate to the Runtime section of the Tendrel console.

You will start on the snapshot tab - select the Locations tab to view your locations.

By default, Runtime creates a location called My First Location. You will probably want to rename this location, which you can do by clicking the three dots next to My First Location in the table and selecting Rename Location.

On this screen, you can add additional Runtime locations by clicking the Add Location button.

(Optional) Add more team members

If more people are going to be using runtime, you can add them via the console. Review our instructions on adding a worker here.

Download the Runtime app

Find it on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Login to the app

Using the account you created earlier sign in.

Record your first run

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a list of Runtime locations. Select a location and click Start Run to begin tracking.

If the location goes down, or you need to take a break, you can log downtime or idle time.

Once the run is complete, click End Run. On this final screen, you will be asked to record output and rejects for the run. Fill out the form, click Submit, and you’re done.

Review your data

Now that you’ve submitted a run, you can review and make corrections using the history tab in the app.

Alternatively, log back into the console to view your data on the snapshot tab, or click into the location to view run details.
