Quick Start Guide
Create an account
After opening up the signup page, you will be prompted to input a username, email, and password. After inputting your information, complete the email verification. You can find step-by step instructions here.
Once you have created a login and verified your email address, you can subscibe to Tendrel Timeclock. Click Subscribe and input your company’s preferred payment method. More information on these steps here.
Following the payment screen is customer creation. Fill out your company’s information and press Submit. If you need more information on timezones or languages, click here.
Configure your workers
After creating an account, navigate to the Workers page in the Tendrel console. The page allows you to see and modify the workers at your site. This is also where you can invite new users to create an account. You can access the Worker page by selecting the Workers tab on the screen’s left side. For information on how to configure workers and invite them to create an account, click here.
You can invite other supervisors to create an account using the same method as a worker. Simply change the Role to give supervisor permissions to the individual.
Download the Timeclock app
Find it on the App Store or Google Play Store.
Login to the app
Using the account you created earlier sign in. Click on the Timeclock icon to open the scanner.
Clock in your first worker
There are two ways to clock in a worker, with and without a scanner. Each worker at your site should be assigned a scan code, which can be turned into a QR code and printed on a badge or stored on their phone. On occasion, a worker may need to clock in without their badge available. In some cases, a worker may not have a scan code assigned to them at all.
