Add and edit workers

You can view and manage workers at your site from the Workers page in the Tendrel web console. Access this page by clicking the Workers tab on the left-hand side.

You can add, modify, or deactivate workers using this page. You can also invite workers to sign up for a Tendrel account, which allows them to access the mobile app or web console.

Search and Filter for Workers

If you have a long list of workers, you can search and filter on any of the worker attributes on this page. For example, to search for a specific name, click on on the menu button next to Name. In the next drop down, click on Filter. You will see the search bar appear, you can filter and search for a specific worker.

Add a Worker

To add a worker, click the Add button on the Workers page. In the modal that appears, enter the worker’s first name, last name, select a role, and choose their preferred language. Click Save to add the worker.

Edit a Worker

To edit a worker, click the three dots on the far right of the worker’s row and select Edit. In the modal, you can update the worker’s first name, last name, role, and preferred language. Click Save to apply your changes.

Invite a Worker to Create an Account

If you want to invite a worker who has already been added to the console, go to the menu button on the far right of their field, an click Invite User.

Input their email and they will receive an invite to create a Tendrel account. They must accept the invite and create their account before they can log in.

Deactivate a Worker

To deactivate a worker, click on the menu drop down on the far right of the chosen worker in the Workers list. Click Deactivate in the dropdown. If a deactivated worker has an account they can no longer login. They can no longer be tracked in the app, and will not show up in lists of workers. They can be reactivated from the console or within the mobile app.
