Edit workers

View Workers on the Configure Workers Screen

As a Supervisor, you can access a dedicated screen for configuring workers. This screen allows you to view a list of the workers at your site, add new workers, and edit existing workers.

First, start by scanning your supervisor badge. From the list of supervisor options, select Configure Workers.

On the Configure Workers screen, you can see a list of workers at your site, including whether their account is currently active or inactive.

Using the search bar at the top, you can search for an individual worker. You can also filter between active and inactive workers by using the status filter.

Edit a Worker

Clicking the edit button next to a worker will allow you to make changes to their profile in Tendrel. Fields that you can edit include:

Field	Description
Name	The worker’s name within Tendrel.
Scan Code	The value associated with the QR code used to scan this worker. Can be paired to an existing QR code.
Active	Whether the worker is active within Tendrel. Determines whether they can be scanned using the mobile application.
Language	The worker’s preferred language when interacting with Tendrel.
Role	Their role within Tendrel, which determines their privileges within the mobile app and web console. A list of roles can be viewed here.
