Batch tracking and mobile sign-up

May 15, 2025

This release allows you to track batches of product by assigning a batch ID to a run. Batches provide a way to track a cohort of product throughout the entire manfuacturing process at your facility.

Batches can be tracked across multiple locations. When reviewing a batch, you can see a history of all its run across each location.

This release includes a redesigned app login experience, including a new mobile signup flow.

It also includes changes to navigation in the web console, and a simplified form for adding new workers.

Batch tracking

Create a batch in the console

There’s a new tab in the Runtime section of the web console called Batches.

Clicking on this tab will show you two tables:

  • The active batches table shows any batches that are currently being worked on at a given location.
  • The batch history table will display a list of all other batches which are not actively being worked on.

Clicking on a batch in the console will now open a new view for reviewing the history of a batch.

This view includes two aggregate charts:

  1. The Time Allocation chart shows how much time this batch spent running, down, and idle at each location.
  2. The Output and Rejects chart shows how many outputs and rejects were produced at each location.

The bottom of this page also includes a run history for this batch. Selecting a specific run will allow you to view the full timeline, just like revieiwng location run history.
